Our Salon

  • All services will be performed by appointment only
  • We will have no more than 10 people in the salon at any given time
  • Everyone must wear a mask
  • Everyone must have their temperature taken upon arrival and wash their hands
  • Our reception area is closed, we ask that you wait in your car until your appointment
  • We are cleaning and disinfecting between each and every client
  • If you have been sick or been in contact with anyone  that has been sick in the past 14 days please reschedule your appointment
  • We would like to thank everyone for their kindness, consideration and understanding during this time

The greatest attribute a stylist can possess is the ability to listen to her client and understand what that client wants, needs, and expects. All of the talent in the world will not serve you well if you lack communication skills.

We utilize Redken, INOA, Wella and Framesi color lines for all of our hair color services. We will care for your hair and provide you with the tools and knowledge in order for you to be able to maintain and care for your hair and your style at home.  The Salon uses and recommends L'Oreal Professional, Redken, Matrix Raw, Kenra, Biolage & Olaplex lines of hair care products.

Salon Policies;

We love families and children. However, we use chemicals, hot curling and flat irons and sharp scissors - We don't want anyone to be injured in the salon, least of all a child. Additionally, we are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our clients. Our staff does not provide child care services. If you must bring your children with you for your appointment, they must be well behaved, supervised and remain with you at all times.

Due to an overwhelming number of last minute cancellations and missed appointments we must implement a cancellation policy, Effective Immediately, in order to avoid continued loss of income for our stylists.
We ask that you considerately cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance in order to allow us sufficient time to re book the appointment time allotted for you.   
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged a fee equal to HALF of the service that was scheduled.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments will be charged a fee equal to the FULL price of the appointment that was scheduled.

We understand that situations arise that necessitate last minute cancellations

This fee will not be accessed in true emergency or illness situations.

Additionally, we will ONLY change your appointment at the last minute due to emergency issues.  

Service Guarantee
We will happily correct any issues that you may experience within one week of the time the service is performed for hair cuts as well as chemical services provided you are using shampoo and conditioners purchased from our salon . Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results.

Product Returns
We will offer refunds on unused/unopened products within 3 days of purchase.  Brushes are non-returnable.
